Lauren Ash-Morgan is Founding Co-Artistic Director of the upcoming theater company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director for Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) from 2014 until 2019. She had been an actor as well as a board member for SSC since 2011. In her role as the Artistic Director of SSC She was also SSC's composer, musician and text coach as well as costume/set/music designer. Though generally leading from within the group of actors, during her last year, she was able to make her debut as a director (and the lighting design) with the SSC's King Lear.
